last week we didnt do staff lunches because it was are homecoming week. instead we did school spirited cupcakes and sold them to the staff. we made a chocolate cupcake with a chocolate swiss buttercream with a fondant disc with a husky pawprint on it. we also made a vanilla cupcake with a caramel swiss buttercream frosting with the same fondant disc and pawprint. in all we sold about 85 cupcakes and they were delicious!

for this week's staff lunch we made a vegitable cous cous , with either chicken or tofu skewers. to finish off the lunch we made a honey walnut cupcake with  honey buttercream frosting and a disc of baklava to top it off we also made little fondant honeybees to go on top of it
